Bone broth tea or Instant soup?
Bone broth tea

The bone broth tea tradition was almost lost in the 20th century  with the introduction of MSG-based bouillon cubes and instant soups.  Quick fixes, less all the goodness.

But thankfully, we are finding our way back to nutritious whole foods. An indication of one with bone broth being a near staple in Keto and Paleo diets today.

“Beef tea may be chosen as an illustration of great nutrient power in sickness,” noted Florence Nightingale in 1860. “There is a certain reparative quality in it—we do not know what—as there is in tea; but it may be safely given in almost any inflammatory disease…where much nourishment is required.”

At Freed Broths we produce high quality, slow simmered, nutrient dense bone broths.

Our products are characterized by our emphasis on quality organic produce, traditional production methods and flavors you can feel!

Through our 24 hour slow cooking process, essential nutrients and collagen are ‘Freed’ and made bioavailable, becoming the backbone (literally) for soups, stews, risottos & sauces, or simply diluted and sipped as a wholesome restorative!

No concentrates. No preservatives. No short cuts.

Real food in its purist liquid form!

Personally, I like to warm up my bone broth tea, chop in some fresh parsley and add a squeeze of lemon…and instead of butter, I use some bone broth in my mashed potatoes!
